TPC Toronto – Main Clubhouse Site Development

Allto Construction completed significant site-development work for the main clubhouse at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley in Caledon, Ontario.

Our work supported the construction of the new clubhouse and included excavation, grading, underground servicing, site preparation and associated civil construction required to bring the surrounding site together.

The project formed part of a much larger relationship between Allto Construction and the TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley property. Over multiple phases, our team has also completed work on the golf course maintenance yard, a secondary clubhouse and road construction associated with 17 villa lots.

Immediately adjacent to the property, Allto Construction was also involved in the development of the new Golf Canada headquarters, completing major underground, grading, site and septic-related work.

Working across multiple projects within the same development requires a strong understanding of site conditions, infrastructure, sequencing and long-term planning. Our familiarity with the property allowed our crews to coordinate work efficiently while maintaining the quality expected for a premier golf and hospitality destination.

The main clubhouse project is a strong example of Allto Construction's capabilities in commercial excavation, site development and underground infrastructure.
