Allto Construction completed extensive site work for the new maintenance yard at TPC Osprey Valley Golf Course.
Our scope included excavation, site grading, fire-water tank installation, asphalt paving, concrete curbs and sidewalk construction.
The project was completed during the golf course's off-season to minimize disruption to ongoing operations while meeting a demanding construction schedule.
Careful scheduling, coordination and the ability to complete multiple scopes with our own crews and equipment helped keep the project moving efficiently and allowed the improved maintenance facility to be ready for the upcoming golf season.
