On the Clarke site space was limited so we opted to install a Waterloo Biofilter Tertiary treatment system to ensure a high quality effluent would be dispersed to the bed. This decision will help to ensure that the bed will last for many decades and not be something that the homeowner has to revisit in ten or fifteen years. A septic system can be a fairly large expense and not something that you want to have to do again. Ideally if designed, installed and operated properly a system should be expected to last well beyond 30+ years.
Attention to the little details and thinking ahead to the life of the system and how it will be used for decades to come sets us apart. In the end this client has a high quality system that blends in nicely with the landscape and almost entirely disappears. Although it is mostly unseen the attention to detail and not comprimising on quality will ensure a long lasting hastle free system.
